2. Ordering & Sale

2.1 Placing an Order

To place an order, you submit your name and telephone number via our order form. Submitting the form constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding order. A member of our team will contact you by telephone to confirm the order, confirm your delivery address, and answer any questions.

2.2 Contract Formation

A binding contract of sale is formed when our team confirms the order by telephone and you verbally accept. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion prior to dispatch.

2.3 Prices & Currency

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The price displayed at the time of ordering is the price you pay. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect confirmed orders.

2.4 Payment

Payment is made in cash or by card directly to the courier upon delivery. No online payment is required. We accept cash, Visa, and Mastercard (via courier).

2.5 Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch by informing our team during the confirmation call or by contacting us at info@beautsweepia.world. Cancellation before dispatch incurs no cost.

3. Food Supplement Disclaimer

Rena Sphere is a food supplement, not a medicine. The information provided on this website does not constitute medical advice. Rena Sphere is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. 5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to withdraw from your purchase. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy. Please note that opened food supplement packaging is exempt from return for hygiene reasons.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Veralux Nutrition Ltd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of this website or from any product purchased. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@beautsweepia.world. We aim to resolve disputes within 14 days. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider or to the courts of England and Wales.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
