Refund & Return Policy

This policy sets out your rights regarding returns and refunds when purchasing Rena Sphere from Veralux Nutrition Ltd under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and applicable UK consumer law.

1. Your Right to Withdraw (14 Calendar Days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day on which you receive your order, without giving any reason. This right is provided under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

2. Exceptions - Opened Food Supplement Packaging

By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery. As Rena Sphere is a food supplement supplied in a sealed jar, opened packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This is a standard legal exception and applies across all EU-derived and UK food supplement sales. Unopened jars in their original sealed condition are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days.

3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To initiate a return, please contact us before the 14-day deadline:

We will acknowledge your request and provide return instructions within 2 working days.

4. Return Shipping

The cost of returning goods is borne by you, the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service. We cannot accept liability for parcels lost in return transit.

5. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Refunds are issued via bank transfer or as a cash refund using the same method as originally arranged, as applicable. We reserve the right to deduct for any diminished value of goods returned in a condition other than original.

6. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch free of charge - either during the telephone confirmation call, or by contacting us at info@beautsweepia.world. Once cancelled before dispatch, no payment is owed.

7. Declining the Parcel on Delivery

Because payment is made on delivery (cash on delivery), you may decline to accept the parcel from the courier at no cost. The order will be cancelled and no charge will be incurred.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@beautsweepia.world with a description and, where possible, a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage costs.
