We deliver across the United Kingdom. Payment is made in cash on receipt - no upfront cost.
Order, Confirm, Receive
After you submit the order form, our team calls to confirm your details and answer any questions. Once confirmed, your order is packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days via a tracked courier service.
You pay the courier directly on delivery - by cash or by card. There is no payment required at the time of ordering.
You may also decline the parcel at the door if you change your mind - the order will simply be cancelled.

We call to confirm before dispatch. You can ask questions or cancel at this point at no cost.
Pay the Courier
Pay in cash or by card when the courier delivers your parcel. Nothing is owed beforehand.
Returns & Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to withdraw from your purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened food supplement packaging is exempt from return. Unopened jars in their original condition are eligible for a full refund.
