Each capsule contains: Vitamin C (500 mg), Vitamin D3 (15 µg), Vitamin B12 (250 µg), Vitamin B6 (4 mg), Magnesium (150 mg), and Selenium (55 µg). Take one capsule per day, preferably with a main meal and a full glass of water (at least 200 ml). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you miss a day, simply continue the next day - there is no need to take an extra dose.

Yes. The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), a plant-derived material. Rena Sphere contains no gelatine, no animal-derived ingredients, and no fish oil.

Each jar contains 90 capsules. At the recommended dose of one capsule per day, a single jar provides a 90-day (three-month) supply.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to withdraw from your purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened food supplement packaging is exempt from the right of return. Unopened jars in original condition are eligible.
